Websites
From the first mockup to the pages that climb in Google. The site, its copy, its speed, and the tool that receives the enquiries behind it.
Software studio · Building since 2018
Not a template with your logo on it. The site that brings your customers in, the tool that turns their enquiries into invoiced jobs, and the agents that handle what nobody has time for. Designed and delivered by the engineer who writes the code, eight years spent inside the systems of Kering, RATP and Radio France.
They trusted us
Businesses that entrusted Craft Solution Tech with a site, a piece of software or an engineering engagement.
Five disciplines, one person
Most agencies sell a project, then hand it to someone else. Here, the person who takes your call is the one who opens the editor and types the code. Developing since 2018, senior engineer on systems used by millions: the Yves Saint Laurent online store, the Bonjour RATP app, the France Bleu website, the screens aboard Emirates flights.
From the first mockup to the pages that climb in Google. The site, its copy, its speed, and the tool that receives the enquiries behind it.
The internal tool your operation needs: who sees what, who may do what, your documents, your invoices, the history of every change.
On iPhone and Android, from the first screen to release on the App Store and Google Play. We've published our own, review process included.
Agents that re-read your data, prepare your paperwork and warn you before it gets expensive. The reasoning runs on written, checkable rules; the model steps in only where the rule doesn't decide, and it says so.
Google and Meta, set up then adjusted each week on what they actually return: the number of calls and quotes, not the number of clicks.
Why all five together
A supplier usually covers one of these and subcontracts the rest. That's exactly where projects get lost: the ad agency blames the page, the developer blames the ads, and you pay both while they pass responsibility back and forth. Here, whoever writes your ads is the one who built the page they land on. When a campaign doesn't convert, the page changes the same day.
Intelligent agents
Ours starts from a rulebook of written rules, each with its source and its effective date. The model only steps in where the rule doesn't decide, and it says so. That's the difference between a tool you keep and one you unplug at the first doubt.
60+
hand-written rules
Not a three-page prompt. A versioned rulebook where every rule carries its official source. A rule without a verified source doesn't get in.
As of
the transaction date
The rule applied is the one in force when the transaction happened, not today's. Otherwise every update rewrites the past and corrections quietly turn wrong.
12 / 12
on the control set
Twelve real cases replayed: the agent reproduces the eleven decisions made by hand and flags the twelfth as one for a human. Exactly what the person had done.
A pack never reaches « ready » while a red is open. An agent that would rather block than pretend is an agent you can leave to work alone.
This approach applies well beyond tax: any trade where a mistake costs money and the rules are written down somewhere. Our first agent runs on UAE tax compliance.

Business software · Spain
Sites were run on a shared spreadsheet and the phone. Three people typed the same information, and every subsidy file had to reach the scheme operator with the right papers in the right order, or be rejected.

Luxury real estate · France
A young agency in a market where credibility is decided before the first appointment. Facing names established for twenty years, it had to look settled from day one, and exist in English without doubling the typing.

Personal finance · Studio product
Keeping a budget together happens in a shared spreadsheet, or not at all. Someone fronts an expense, nobody knows where the month stands, and the conversation always comes back to the same place: who paid for what.

We also build our own products: Tax Watch, the tax agent for companies in the United Arab Emirates.
Pricing
The marketing site is fixed price: what you read is what you pay. Custom software starts from an honest floor, then gets a quote once the scope is written down.

Turnaround7 days maximum
Trades, practices, agencies, training centres, anyone whose site has to convince and bring clients in.
from€3,500
TurnaroundStated on the quote
Activity tracking tools, internal software, online platforms, iPhone and Android apps. When the tool has to fit how you work, not the other way round.
from€400per month
You have a good site but nobody finds it, or you want enquiries from the first week without waiting for organic ranking.
Thirty percent on order, the balance on delivery. Management fee. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google and Meta, from your own accounts. Amounts excluding tax. Applicable VAT depends on your country of establishment.

How we work
Most projects are not lost at launch. They are lost eighteen months later, when nobody dares touch the code.
Business logic lives in its own layer, independent of React, of the database, of whatever is fashionable. Clean and hexagonal architecture, domain-driven design. The framework becomes a detail you can replace.
Unit tests on the business rules, end-to-end tests on the journeys that carry money. Not a coverage percentage to show off: the confidence needed to ship on a Friday.
Continuous integration, automated deployment, monitoring in place. A feature is done when it is in production and someone has used it, not when it works locally.
Architecture notes, integration guides, decisions on record, and a handover document at the end of the project gathering every credential. You must be able to bring in another team, or take the project in-house, without paying for an archaeological dig.
Frequent questions
Seven days at most for a marketing site, counting from when you have sent us your copy and images. It is short because the work is already scoped: this package covers a defined perimeter, not an open-ended project. For business software or a mobile app, the timeline depends on the scope and is stated on the quote, never estimated over the phone.
Yes, for a marketing site: bespoke design, development, technical SEO, launch, analytics and the handover document. Anything outside that is stated up front, never after: a catalogue with hundreds of entries, a client area, a second language, a connection to your invoicing software. Those move to a quote, and you know the figure before we start.
Thirty percent on order, the balance on delivery. The deposit is what starts the work: it reserves the days in the schedule, and it is also why a marketing site can ship in seven days, the slot is held. For advertising campaigns there is no deposit: it is a monthly fee, and your ad budget is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own accounts.
Yes, it is a common request: the software runs, but every change takes three times longer than it used to, or the team that wrote it has gone. We start with an audit that says what is stuck and what each option would cost, with no obligation to continue. Then we take it over, put it back on its feet, and document it so the next team does not have to rediscover everything.
You do. The code, the domain name, the hosting, the database, the third-party accounts: everything is in your name, and the handover document gathers the accesses at the end. We keep no key that would force you to come back to us.
You do it, without telling us and without exit fees. That is exactly what the handover document is for. A provider who holds you by the accesses is holding you because he fears the comparison.
Over WhatsApp, the way you would with a colleague: you write, the person writing the code answers. The time difference with France is two to three hours depending on the season, which leaves a wide shared window. Our current clients are in France, Spain and Belgium.
The invoice is issued by Craft Solution Tech FZE-LLC, a company licensed in the Sharjah free zone, showing its licence number and its VAT number. The applicable VAT treatment depends on your country and your status, business or consumer; it is stated on the quote, before you sign.
Because the cost of a site does not stop at launch. A WordPress site means plugins to keep updated, vulnerabilities appearing in add-ons nobody maintains any more, and pages weighed down by code you never asked for. Here everything is written, nothing is assembled: there is nothing to update and no plugin to be breached through.
The studio
Craft Solution Tech is a licensed company in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, founded in 2023 by Yamin Gherbi, writing code since 2018. Before and alongside it, he worked as a senior engineer on systems that could not afford to break: the Yves Saint Laurent and Alexander McQueen online stores, the Bonjour RATP app, the fibre ordering platform at Bouygues Telecom, the France Bleu site for Radio France, and the screens on board Emirates and Qatar Airways flights.
Assignments carried out by the founder as an engineer, freelance or on contract, before and alongside Craft Solution Tech. Titles and dates match the CV, available on request.

Answered within one business day.
Hi, we have a WordPress site that crawls and a spreadsheet for tracking our jobs. We would like to bring it all together.
Hello. How many people enter data in the spreadsheet, and do your invoices come out of it?
Three people. And yes, the invoices come from the spreadsheet.
That's clear. I'll send you a written scope tomorrow, with a firm price for the site and a range for the tool.
